Terrance Joyce – Founder, Master Trainer (NFPT)

Terrance (TJ) built Shock Fitness into one of the GTA’s most respected private in-home personal training companies. He has over 20 years of experience and is a Master Trainer with the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), an advanced Sports Nutrition Specialist (SNS), an Advanced Weight Training Specialist and an Advanced Endurance Training Specialist.

TJ has grown Shock Fitness over the years. What started as Personal Training  in Toronto and the GTA, has expanded to the seasonal operation of a fully equipped lakefront gym in Muskoka, and they offer custom home gym design from concept to equipment sourcing, contracting and installation.

Jessica Joyce – General Manager

Jessica will be joining us again this Summer as our On-Site Manager at Shock Fitness Muskoka. With her high energy personality, love of working out and her exceptional interpersonal skills, Jessica will continue to keep Shock Fitness organized to ensure you get the most out of your workouts this summer. Jordan Falcioni – Personal Trainer and TRX Instructor

Jordan is a Fitness and Health Professional.  Jordan has an Honors Graduate from Georgian College and from the University of Guelph-Humber’s Kinesiology Program. He is a Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT), who’s passion derives from helping others reach their fullest fitness potential.

As an aspiring future health care professional, Jordan entered the fitness industry as a personal trainer to help others practice exercise safely and functionally as a preventative means to injury.  He focuses on strengthening the body as a whole to help prevent injuries. Having gained a certificate in therapeutic exercise for musculoskeletal disorders , he uses the skills taught to ensure the body is a functional unit.
