Our 2022 season will be open in June, (keep an eye on our website and social media for our opening date announcement), with access to our fully equipped open gym space as well as limited availability of Personal Training and Chiropractic Services.
June 29th, 2022 marks our Grand Opening for the 2022 season, with full hours and service availability.
Our hours are:
Monday - Friday: 8am to 4pm
Saturday – Sunday: 8am to 3pm
Shock Fitness Member hours are:
Monday - Sunday: 5:30am to 9pm
