Our Approach

Shock Fitness provides the highest quality personal training to individuals of varying fitness levels who want to improve their current physical condition through personalized fitness programs designed to ensure they achieve their fitness goals.

We ensure that you receive the most out of each session with our team by maximizing your effort using the most current and effective techniques. We promise to improve your current level of fitness including any current physical limitations of strength, flexibility and endurance by means of stretching, strengthening and rehabilitative exercises. We will not compromise our quality of service for any reason.

Your health and well-being are of paramount importance to us. We are respectful of your limitations and will endeavour to greatly reduce the chance of injury or reinjury by teaching you preventative exercises during your workouts to restore the balance of the musculature and physiology otherwise known as biomechanical balance.

Meet Our Personal Trainers

Terrance Joyce – Founder, Master Trainer (NFPT)

Terrance (TJ) built Shock Fitness into one of the GTA’s most respected private in-home personal training companies. He has over 20 years of experience and is a Master Trainer with the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), an advanced Sports Nutrition Specialist (SNS), an Advanced Weight Training Specialist and an Advanced Endurance Training Specialist. He has provided personal training to recognized celebrities, NHL and CFL professional athletes as well as juvenile athletes in various sports.

His understanding of the body and its mechanics allows him to accurately tailor exercises and programs that optimize his client’s fitness needs. His extensive training toolbox, methods and models of training, enable him to help his clients reach their personal goals. His passion and dedication to his clients are legendary. His high energy and creative style is key when motivating his clients to put forward their best efforts in each training session. Never one to let his clients off easy, his tough approach helps to not only make the body stronger, but the mind as well.

Jordan Falcioni – Personal Trainer

Jordan is a Fitness and Health Professional.  Jordan has an Honors Graduate from Georgian College and from the University of Guelph-Humber’s Kinesiology Program. He is a Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT), who’s passion derives from helping others reach their fullest fitness potential.

As an aspiring future health care professional, Jordan entered the fitness industry as a personal trainer to help others practice exercise safely and functionally as a preventative means to injury.  He focuses on strengthening the body as a whole to help prevent injuries. Having gained a certificate in therapeutic exercise for musculoskeletal disorders , he uses the skills taught to ensure the body is a functional unit.
